• Make your reservation: Fill in the reservation form and send us by Email or Fax.

  • Receiving your reservation our staff will respond you by email within 24 hours and provide booking confirmation. The answer includes your reservation number and the total amount due. This email also contains all the necessary information.

  • The reservation becomes final as soon as the deposit (45%) or the full amount is paid. This means contract is valid without your signature.

  • One week before the trip we send you all necessary documents.

Guests are responsible for their own flight to and from destination cities, where tour begins and ends.

 

Payment shall be made by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard.

Credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions.

Elite Resort requires 45% of the full amount to be paid in advance. If there are less than 30 days between your reservation and the commencement of your travel, the total amount is due at the time of reservation.

After receiving our confirmation please make the payment in 4 days.

 

If you need to cancel an existing reservation please send an e-mail to Elite Resort as soon as possible.

If you cancel your reservation deposit is not refundable but you can change to other travel. Ask Elite Resort for more information.
